A missed turn, the quick departure, and the catch up. Endurance and long distance sports are exciting, but difficult, for an audience to watch. Up until now watching these events has been limited to viewing on point on the course, radio updates or simply waiting at the finish line.
Tracker Security's SportLocator solves this by providing real-time mapping of event participants on television during the event, and near real-time tracking via computer. Audience members can see the location of participants, gauge their speed and performance.
